My new musical obsession besides Idina Menzel's "Brave" has got to be Incubus' "Dig" and "Oil and Water". The latter of the two hits me in a lot of ways, might end up writing about it because I absolutely adore the way the song is structured and the lyrics that accompany it.

The former, "Dig", is just, in my opinion, the ultimate in Family and Friends in song form. It resounds strongly on a note because in my opinion, when you think you've got nothing left, you should open your eyes because you've got your friends and your family right there no matter what happens or who you are right then. That theory of mine is supported by the chorus in the song:

"If I turn into another
dig me up from under
what is covering the better part of me
Sing this song
Remind me that we'll always have each other
when everything else is gone
Oh, each other when everything else is gone"

Lots of changes coming this year, I think I'm going to try going to school part time in the fall, maybe take one or two classes, probably Creative Writing and Psychology because I like those two subjects.

Been reading a lot of poetry lately, must be something about my mood that gets me to read more of it and try writing it more than usual. My tastes in manga are changing too I've noticed, same sorta with my music.

Anyways, nothing really to put here anymore so, I'll go toddle off, probably try and sleep more eventually.
